Why 3? Because not all women train the same - and you shouldn’t have to squeeze into a plan that doesn’t fit you.

That’s why we’ve built three programmes: designed for three different types of trainers, so you can find the one that feels right for you.

If you're a total gym novice and mainly just stick to cardio kit or do the odd class this is the perfect starting point, this will give you the confidence to do the basics and start building strength.

Daily training time: 45mins-1hr
Days per week: 3-4 Days

If you've tried classes or previously had personal training and want to stay strong, fit, and keep progressing, this results-driven program is exactly what you need to keep moving forward with a good mix of strength training and cardio work.

Peak is for those who wish to take their training to the next level. If you're serious about going the extra mile in your running capabilities and working hard during your strength days wanting to stay competition-ready all year round, this is your programme.

Days per week: 5-6 Days

Is it a contract?

Nope. None of our programmes are contract. You can cancel any time you wish (but we promise, you’ll want to stay ✨).

How do I know which programme is for me?

If you’re not sure, you can trial every single one of our programmes until you find your perfect fit.

What if I can’t do a movement?

Don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. Alternatives are always offered. For example, if a movement needs a certain bit of kit, we’ll give you a swap that works just as well.

Do I need to join at a certain time?

Nope! Our programmes are designed so you can jump in any time and settle straight into the flow.

What equipment do I need?

Most of our programmes only use the kit you’ll find in a standard commercial gym (think dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, bands, machines). If a programme needs anything extra, we’ll make it clear before you start—plus we’ll always provide swaps.
